• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-component embedded solutions from strategy to delivery.

• Lead go-to-market strategy and align product roadmaps with business objectives.
• Synthesize customer feedback and market signals to inform product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Significant product management experience in industrial automation, robotics, IoT, or embedded systems.
• Proven ability to prioritize requirements while balancing business viability and technical feasibility.
• Strong cross-functional knowledge spanning engineering, strategy, finance, and marketing.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with ecosystem partnerships or build vs. buy decision-making.
• Familiarity with industrial connectivity standards such as OPC UA, Modbus, or PROFINET.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards like IEC 61508 or IEC 62443.
