Head of Supply Chain (Hardware)

What you will do

• Lead and develop the S&OP, supply planning, sourcing, and logistics functions.
• Own the end-to-end supply chain strategy, including availability, cost, lead times, inventory, and logistics performance.
• Build a resilient supplier base, reduce single-source and geographic concentration risks, and manage supplier performance.
• Lead major supplier negotiations with a focus on total cost of ownership, lead time, and supply security.
• Develop scalable logistics operations covering freight partners, customs, compliance, and in-country distribution.
• Partner with hardware, operations, commercial, finance, and delivery leadership on product launches, volume ramps, reporting, and governance.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading supply chain functions in hardware or electronics manufacturing across multiple products and geographies.
• Deep expertise in S&OP, supply planning, sourcing, and logistics.
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic and operational capability, including supply chain resilience, inventory management, and lead-time reduction.
• Excellent commercial judgment and experience leading complex supplier negotiations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
