Senior Production Coordinator (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at the Auckland, New Zealand facility

What you will do

• Issue shopfloor materials to production work orders on time.
• Run material movements and kanban circuits through assigned production departments.
• Maintain lineside inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and keep assigned areas organized.
• Monitor inventory orders, perishable items, and consumables, escalating risks to production schedules.
• Resolve material blockers and expedite urgent subassemblies through receipt, quality control, and inventory.
• Work with production planning, supply chain, and other functional teams to meet vehicle integration timelines.

Requirements

• High school qualification and 4+ years of relevant production experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Clear communication, task management, status reporting, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to drive or learn to drive a forklift and other required equipment.
• For the New Zealand role, eligibility to access equipment and data regulated by U.S. ITAR is required; nationality checks will be conducted before an employment offer.
