Location: Gisborne, New Zealand — in office. Full-time, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 5:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.

What you will do
- Coordinate and dynamically schedule harvesting contractors and logging trucks.
- Optimise daily load uplifts and fleet utilisation.
- Execute and monitor wood flow plans using specialised logistics software.
- Track driver movements and provide destination and route plans through real-time application updates.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks by negotiating with suppliers, customers, and contractors.
- Track, analyse, and report on production, inventory, and delivery targets.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of professional experience; retail, hospitality, or call-centre experience gained while studying is also relevant.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn new software after training.
- Flexible approach to working in a changing environment.
- Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in forestry, logistics, or business.
