Production Coordinator II (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Long Beach, California, United States

Base pay: $28–$35 USD per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate fulfillment of production work orders within MRP.
• Release kit requests to Inventory and support material availability.
• Prioritize and expedite subassemblies to meet integration timelines.
• Clear production blockers, including issue tickets, part shortages, and yield loss.
• Follow up with production areas for updated work-order status and support on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with planning, inventory, production, and other functional groups.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 2+ years of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Knowledge of MRP or ERP systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Long Beach, California.
• For U.S. office roles, eligibility under U.S. Government ITAR regulations is required, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, qualifying refugee or asylum status, or the ability to obtain required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain.
• Proficiency with MRP systems.
• Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking, communication, and status-reporting skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
