Salary: $110,000–$145,000 annual

What you will do

• Build trusted partnerships with clinical, operational, financial, and research stakeholders to identify opportunities for system-wide improvement.
• Design and execute evaluation and measurement plans for healthcare programs and initiatives.
• Apply statistical and machine learning methods to demonstrate clinical and financial outcomes.
• Develop reporting solutions using Google technologies, dbt, and SQL over production-scale datasets.
• Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, documentation, and automation of reporting workflows.
• Use AI-assisted workflows and deploy conversational analytics tools for stakeholder self-service.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in advanced analytics and delivering actionable insights from database and big data environments.
• At least 3 years of experience developing statistical and machine learning models for complex healthcare problems.
• Experience with generalized linear regression, negative binomial regression, k-means clustering, decision trees, or comparable techniques.
• Experience with SQL, dbt, production-scale data analysis, reporting, and data validation.
