Manager, Performance Analytics (Healthcare)

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 base annually, plus discretionary bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Own the analytics pipeline for claims records, eligibility files, MAO-004 reconciliation data, and site-of-care analysis across health plan and provider clients.
• Identify open, addressable care gaps and manage closure reconciliation using vintage-cohort and MAO-004-evidenced measurement.
• Reconcile analyzed studies and program activity with invoiced volume by client and practice to support audit-ready billing.
• Build funnel instrumentation from finding identification through physician sharing, action, and closure.
• Analyze practice-level performance, education and intervention needs, concentration, and volume volatility.
• Document, standardize, and progressively automate the analytics pipeline with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Hands-on fluency with professional and institutional healthcare claims, diagnosis and procedure coding, member and provider identifiers, and eligibility-to-claims joins.
• Experience with healthcare regulatory and quality reporting; Medicare Advantage risk adjustment data and MAO-004 files are strongly preferred.
• Daily working proficiency with SQL, large datasets, Excel, and pivot-table analysis.
• Strong rigor around correctness, reconciliation, auditability, and billing-grade outputs.
• Fluency with value-based care, risk arrangements, care-gap economics, and clinical and financial closure.
• Ability to operate independently as a builder-operator in a scaling program with high executive visibility.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CDI reporting, encounter data, or similar plan-side reporting.
• Experience progressively automating analytical pipelines in partnership with Product and Engineering.
