Senior Provider Network Analyst

Location: Fully remote within the United States; optional collaboration from the NYC office at Penn 1.

Salary: $105,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Monitor the health, performance, and quality of the Center of Excellence provider network.
• Design and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards for employer clients, executives, and internal stakeholders using Databricks, Python, and SQL.
• Conduct access, network adequacy, coverage gap, and utilization analyses across CoE partners.
• Own reporting workflows from data collection and validation through visualization and distribution.
• Identify network trends, risks, and performance issues, and communicate findings to account management, clinical, data, and leadership teams.
• Build documentation and standard operating procedures and support client-facing business reviews with clear visual summaries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or network and operations analytics.
• Expertise in network adequacy or coverage analysis, ideally in healthcare, health plans, or employer benefits.
• Strong data visualization skills with Power BI, Databricks BI, Tableau, or a similar tool.
• Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, advanced Google Sheets, and end-to-end reporting workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including translating technical details for executive audiences and creating PowerPoint summaries.
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance.

• Experience serving as a subject matter expert or informally mentoring junior analysts.
