Assembly Technician

Salary: $43.27–$57.69 per hour

hirify.global is building Portals, custom communication pods deployed in libraries and public spaces to expand access to telehealth, exams, government services, and secure online connectivity.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, and perform incoming quality control on components and materials.
• Assemble enclosure structures and mechanical components, including measuring, drilling, cutting, and custom fitment.
• Install screens, cameras, speakers, and other AV peripherals.
• Complete wiring, connector installation, cable routing, and terminations.
• Apply PDLC privacy film, perform final testing, and verify system readiness.
• Package and crate finished units safely while supporting a target of approximately two completed units per day.

Requirements

• Experience in AV installation, electromechanical assembly, hardware building, or similar hands-on technical work.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, drills, and cutting equipment.
• Familiarity with wiring connectors, cable routing, and terminations.
• Ability to perform incoming quality control and identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Ability to follow documented build procedures in a production-paced environment.
• Ability to stand or walk for shifts of up to eight hours and lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
