What you will do

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, precision measuring instruments, and testing equipment.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections and document assembly and inspection results.
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics, troubleshoot assembly issues, and implement corrective actions with engineering and quality teams.
• Maintain assembly tools and equipment, follow safety procedures, and report hazards or incidents.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams on deadlines and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice to have

• Experience assembling electrical or electronic components.
• Certification in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and basic computer skills.
