Corporate Strategy Manager (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; occasional travel required

Southeast Asian digital financial services group operating digital credit, banking, and neobank brands across Indonesia and Vietnam.

What you will do

• Execute the mid- to long-term strategic roadmap and buy-or-build expansion strategy.
• Lead commercial due diligence for potential acquisitions and market entry projects, including market sizing, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, unit economics, regulatory dynamics, and post-merger synergies.
• Conduct expert and customer interviews, surveys, and other primary research, translating findings into recommendations for deal structuring and financial planning.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and expansion opportunities.
• Support the end-to-end execution of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and joint ventures, from sourcing and screening through evaluation and closing.
• Prepare materials for capital markets and investor relations communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, private equity due diligence, or corporate development.
• Familiarity with and interest in financial services and fintech.
• Execution-oriented approach and ability to work in a fast-growing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to engage with AI tools.
• Fluent English required; based in Singapore and willing to travel occasionally.

Nice to have

• Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, or Tagalog language skills.
