Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects covering market expansion, regulatory licensing roadmaps, and operating model redesign.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to design and deploy AI-driven tools, automation workflows, and scalable infrastructure for regulatory and compliance operations.
• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and design scalable 1LOD/2LOD interaction models, governance structures, and global compliance frameworks.
• Prepare board-level presentations, strategic business cases, quantitative decision frameworks, and executive insights.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams across Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
• Define and optimize strategic metrics, operational efficiency benchmarks, and ROI for compliance transformation investments.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of total professional experience, including at least 4+ years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Experience delivering strategic projects in financial services, global payments, fintech, or technology platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, analytical, communication, storytelling, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience influencing C-suite stakeholders and matrixed global teams.
• Availability to start immediately.
• 6-month fixed-term contract; conversion to a permanent role may be possible subject to business needs.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA or a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Experience with global payments infrastructure, cross-border flows, digital wallets, or multi-jurisdictional licensing.
• Hands-on experience leading digital transformation, process automation, or AI implementation in financial operations or compliance.
