Head of Market Intelligence (Corporate Strategy)

Location: USA — New York City, New York; hybrid home/office schedule for most positions.

Base salary: $178,000–$329,000 per year, plus annual bonus/commission and equity.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategic intelligence and insights roadmap within the annual strategic planning process.
• Analyze macroeconomic, industry, regulatory, and technology trends and translate them into implications for hirify.global’s ecosystem and long-term strategy.
• Build competitive intelligence, assess market positioning and platform advantages, and evaluate ecosystem dynamics.
• Quantify value creation opportunities through revenue and profit pool analysis, TAM/SAM assessments, and market share opportunities.
• Develop enterprise scenarios and strategic narratives, identifying value drivers, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead a small team, support executive decision-making, and present insights to hirify.global’s Executive Leadership team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, finance, consulting, or banking.
• Experience with structured problem solving and strategic financial modeling.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and information into clear frameworks and decision-useful insights.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives.
• Proactive, resourceful, intellectually curious, and comfortable responding to uncertainty and changing priorities.
• High standards of integrity and strong collaboration skills.
