What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects covering global market expansion, regulatory licensing roadmaps, and operating model redesign.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to deploy AI-driven tools, automation workflows, and scalable compliance infrastructure.
• Design governance structures, global compliance frameworks, and scalable 1LOD/2LOD operating models.
• Prepare board-level presentations, strategic business cases, and quantitative decision frameworks for senior regulatory and executive leadership.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams across Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
• Define and optimize strategic metrics, operational efficiency benchmarks, and ROI for compliance transformation investments.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Experience delivering strategic projects in financial services, global payments, fintech, or technology platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative analysis, structured thinking, and operational planning skills.
• Experience translating complex data into executive insights and influencing C-suite stakeholders and global matrixed teams.
• Ability to work at both high-level strategy and hands-on process development.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of global payments infrastructure, cross-border flows, digital wallets, or multi-jurisdictional licensing.
• Experience leading digital transformation, process automation, or AI implementation in financial operations or compliance.
