Director of Strategy & Operations (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with the Co-CEO and President to develop long-term corporate strategy and cascade priorities across business units.
• Design and run the executive operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, offsites, board reviews, and committee reviews.
• Translate strategic direction into actions, owners, timelines, and accountable execution across the organisation.
• Build governance structures, decision rights, operating models, OKRs, and business performance scorecards.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, strategic documents, and executive briefings.
• Lead strategic and operational workstreams, including platform development, capital markets preparation, and AI-enabled workflow deployment.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience owning outcomes in high-growth or high-complexity environments.
• Experience as a Chief of Staff, Director of Strategy & Operations, COO, senior operator at a high-velocity technology company, or strategy consultant with demonstrated operational delivery.
• Experience building or running a critical function during rapid growth, transformation, or M&A activity.
• Track record of closing decisions, commitments, and workstreams at pace without compromising quality.
• Exceptional written communication, including independently producing board-quality documents, strategic memos, and executive briefings.
• Strong technology, product, capital markets, business transformation, and AI-enabled workflow experience, with availability across geographies and time zones as required.
