What you will do

• Deliver the national sales strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and grow market opportunities across the Australian Service Business.
• Drive pricing, sales performance, and commercial outcomes.
• Lead key accounts and major sales opportunities.
• Develop and coach the national sales team across Australia.
• Oversee forecasting and performance reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience within the hirify.global Group, with exposure to sales, service, or commercial operations.
• Demonstrated sales leadership across regional or multi-site teams.
• Strong record of delivering growth and achieving commercial targets.
• Ability to coach and develop people.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
