District Sales Manager - Paylater (Tegal)

Location: Tegal, Tegal City, Central Java, Indonesia

hirify.global operates a Paylater financial services program supported by merchant and field sales operations.

What you will do

• Manage sales targets and ensure the Paylater program performs effectively across the assigned area.
• Visit merchants daily and ensure promotional point-of-purchase materials are correctly placed in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams on sales results, competitors, and field issues.
• Lead approximately 4 Sales Promoter Leaders and around 80 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor promoter activities and conduct team and refresher training.
• Track first-billing data by promoter and merchant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience in sales, preferably in financial services or an equivalent field.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team and sales area.
• Good communication, marketing, Microsoft Office, and Excel skills.
