Senior Project Manager - Continuous Improvement & Supply Chain Consultant

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of process improvements and best practices across Integrated Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Logistics, Commercial, and selected corporate functions.
• Manage complex projects and workstreams involving supply chain processes, strategies, structures, ERP system setups, and business system integration.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify, implement, and sustain operational improvements.
• Conduct supply chain and operations capability assessments covering people, processes, and tools.
• Develop project charters, benefits, scopes, resource plans, milestones, and timelines while managing delivery to time, cost, and specification.
• Advise stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, resolve operational challenges, and support multi-year transformation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field.
• At least 8–10 years of applicable Supply Chain experience.
• Multi-year project or program management experience, including delivery of quality results on time and leading diverse teams.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt training and capability.
• Strong ERP competency, particularly SAP and Business Warehouse (BW).
• Substantial knowledge of continuous improvement, change management, digital transformation, Lean/Kaizen, demand and supply planning, customer service, or logistics.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• APICS CPIM or APICS CTSC certification.
