Strategic Project Manager (Global Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead strategic manufacturing improvement and transformation projects across multiple global sites.
• Implement and standardize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership.
• Establish project plans, governance structures, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Lead change management to support adoption of new processes, standards, and best practices.
• Improve quality, delivery, productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex global initiatives.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership and manage highly visible strategic programs.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
