Sr Supply Chain Project Manager

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Depending on location, work at a hirify.global campus several times per week may be required. Central and Eastern time zones are preferred.

Salary: $7,094.23–$15,607.31 per month, depending on location.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement supply chain solutions for customers and corporate initiatives.
• Evaluate customer supply chain networks and recommend improvements across parcel, LTL/TL, air freight, ocean, and rail transportation.
• Develop high-level strategies using customer needs, industry insights, quality tools, and available services.
• Lead multiple complex assignments, brainstorming sessions, reviews, and cross-functional teams.
• Present solutions and recommendations to customers, sales teams, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor less senior team members and apply industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantitative business or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in a supply chain-related field, including designing, maintaining, or implementing solutions for complex business situations.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, oral, presentation, and consulting skills.
• Advanced proficiency with business software, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.
• Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

• Expertise in eCommerce, sales, and supply chain.
