Process Improvement Manager - Operations Excellence

Location: Remote, United States; travel up to 25% of the time.

What you will do

• Manage the global operations excellence project portfolio across operations, technology, analytics, and functional centers of excellence.
• Lead initiatives from inception through execution, with a focus on business process improvement and automation.
• Own project budgets, spending allocation, and return on investment for assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT, digital, operations, technology, functional, and operations excellence stakeholders.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, portfolio tracking, project updates, escalations, and other program documentation.
• Lead stakeholder management, change management, escalation handling, conflict resolution, training, and execution support.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in third-party logistics or supply chain management.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, including large or complex technology project portfolios and budgets.
• Experience navigating global organizational complexity and executing large projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and people skills, with project management capabilities or certification.
• Lean Six Sigma or related continuous improvement certification or experience; willingness to travel up to 25%.
