What you will do
- Lead multiple small- to medium-sized infrastructure, technology, and supply chain projects from initiation through delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, business, operations, and vendors.
- Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and communicate status to leadership.
- Drive Waterfall projects with Agile development cycles where applicable, ensuring business and quality objectives are met.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Experience managing multiple small- to medium-sized projects concurrently.
- Strong experience with IT infrastructure and technology projects.
- Experience with Waterfall project management and exposure to Agile methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Retail or supply chain experience.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, retail operations, or related technology.
