What you will do

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade compliance requirements, internal policies, and AEO standards.
• Review customs declarations for accuracy, completeness, valuation, tariff classification, rules of origin, and import/export compliance.
• Monitor customs clearance performance, develop KPIs, and prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Identify customs risks, investigate operational issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead customs automation, system enhancement, and SOP development projects.
• Coordinate internal and external customs audits and act as the primary contact for customs-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customs operations, international trade, trade compliance, or customs consulting.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, customs valuation, tariff classification, rules of origin, and import/export procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel and remain available 24/7 for customs-related issues when required.
