Logistics Manager - 3PL & Last Mile | German or Dutch Speaker

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work is available from the office, home, or abroad.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Logistics Specialists and Coordinators.
• Own operational performance reporting, risk assessments, mitigation plans, and follow-up actions.
• Manage relationships with 3PL and last-mile providers, driving SLA adherence, service quality, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Improve the post-purchase and delivery experience using performance data and customer care insights.
• Monitor and optimize supply-chain costs with Finance and Operational Excellence teams.
• Influence logistics strategy and deliver new partnerships, operating models, tools, and process improvements with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally in B2C food, grocery, or perishable goods.
• Proven 3PL vendor management experience, including operational performance, SLA compliance, contract adherence, and continuous improvement.
• Experience directly leading and managing an operations or logistics team.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, including root-cause analysis and tactical problem-solving.
• Fluent English and professional working proficiency in German or Dutch required.
