Solution Specialist (Payments)

What you will do

• Set appointments with merchants to present point-of-sale systems and merchant services.
• Prospect by phone, in person, through networking, and via referral partnerships.
• Develop new accounts, sign new logos, and grow market share in the assigned territory.
• Support existing merchants with hardware, software, professional services, and additional products.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities, including upselling relevant products and services.
• Maintain sales pipelines and forecasts while communicating regularly with the direct manager.

Requirements

• Willingness to make cold calls and conduct in-person client meetings.
• Ability to close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle and meet sales quotas.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a hunter-oriented approach to sales.
• Experience in door-to-door or outside sales.
• Computer and smartphone literacy.
• CRM experience.

• Restaurant or hospitality experience.
