Solution Specialist (Payments)

Location: Remote Worker - Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year, plus monthly commission, car allowance, annual bonus, and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Set appointments with merchants and present point-of-sale and merchant servicing products.
• Prospect by phone, in person, through networking, and via referral partnerships.
• Develop new accounts and sign new logos within the assigned territory.
• Support existing merchants with hardware, software, professional services, and additional products.
• Identify sales and upsell opportunities by understanding merchant needs.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast updates through regular communication and weekly meetings.

Requirements

• Outside, door-to-door, or other field sales experience.
• Willingness to cold-call, meet potential clients in person, and close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle.
• Ability to meet sales quotas and demonstrate an entrepreneurial, hunter-oriented approach.
• CRM experience and computer and smartphone literacy.
• Valid driver's license.
