Solution Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Remote Worker - CA, United States

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year, plus monthly commission, car allowance, annual bonus, and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Set appointments with merchants and present point-of-sale and merchant-servicing products.
• Prospect through cold calling, in-person networking, and referral partnerships.
• Build merchant relationships, identify needs, and resolve outstanding issues.
• Develop new accounts, sign new logos, and grow market share in the assigned territory.
• Qualify upsell opportunities for hardware, software, and professional services.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and communicate regularly with the manager.

Requirements

• Willingness to cold-call and schedule in-person meetings with potential clients.
• Experience in door-to-door or outside sales and the ability to meet sales quotas.
• Entrepreneurial, hunter-oriented approach and willingness to close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle.
• CRM, computer, and smartphone literacy.
• Valid driver's license.
