Product Manager, Partner Integrations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap execution for assigned partner integrations.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Manage product backlogs and facilitate refinement, sprint planning, functional reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, architecture, implementation, sales, client success, support, vendors, and external technology partners.
• Lead partner onboarding and define scalable, reusable API, security, platform, and integration requirements.
• Monitor adoption, usage, quality, and performance metrics while improving onboarding efficiency and reducing custom work.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, product ownership, integration management, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing software products, APIs, SaaS platforms, or third-party integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear product requirements and executable development work.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, product backlogs, and tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including experience managing complex dependencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, information systems, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in mortgage technology, fintech, lending, banking, or financial services.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems, document providers, verification, credit, fraud, title, appraisal, or mortgage insurance partners.
• Experience working directly with third-party vendors and strategic technology partners.
