Product Manager, Partner Integrations (Fintech)

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: USD $84,600–$103,400 per year, plus eligibility for a company profit-sharing bonus plan.

hirify.global develops software platforms including Empower and Exchange, with partner integrations supporting mortgage technology and financial services workflows.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap execution for assigned partner integrations across the Empower and Exchange platforms.
• Define business cases, requirements, success metrics, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlogs and facilitate functional reviews, refinement sessions, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.
• Manage partner relationships, coordinate onboarding, and align requirements, certifications, API changes, regulatory updates, and roadmaps.
• Define scalable, reusable integration patterns and collaborate with architecture and engineering teams on APIs, security, and integration frameworks.
• Monitor adoption, usage, quality, and performance while reducing implementation effort and improving client satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Integration Management, or a related area.
• Experience managing software products, APIs, SaaS platforms, or third-party integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into product requirements and executable development work.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Applicants must be able to work remotely from the USA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with mortgage technology, fintech, lending, banking, or financial services platforms.
• Knowledge of loan origination systems, document providers, verification, credit, fraud, title, appraisal, or mortgage insurance integrations.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, data integrations, Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent Agile planning tools.
• Experience working directly with third-party vendors and strategic technology partners.
