Senior .NET Developer (AI/Python)

What you will do

• Design and develop backend solutions using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
• Explore and implement GenAI-powered capabilities as part of the AI Lab.
• Build and evaluate prototypes, PoCs, and MVPs to validate new product ideas.
• Develop and assess LLM-based solutions using RAG and agentic AI patterns.
• Collaborate with technical and product stakeholders to turn concepts into working solutions.
• Contribute to Python development and participate in Agile planning, reviews, estimation, and technical design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience, with a strong focus on .NET.
• Strong proficiency in C#, modern .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience with AI or GenAI solutions.
• Practical understanding of RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering and orchestration, and tool or function calling.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, object-oriented programming, Agile development, and software engineering best practices.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to learn Python.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with agentic AI, RAG, or MCP-based integrations.
• Experience with rapid prototyping, PoC, or MVP development.
