Account Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Shanghai, China; travel within China required at least 50% of the time

What you will do

• Manage technical sales and customer accounts for the E&I ACST business in China.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers at multiple organizational levels.
• Identify and deliver new business opportunities to meet revenue, profit, and growth targets.
• Develop technical expertise in product lines to pursue and retain business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality teams to improve project success and promote new products.
• Report customer issues and recent account activity.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in supplier or customer support, sales, or product marketing within the integrated circuit industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel within China at least 50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Background in CMP or wet processing.
