What you will do

• Manage stock levels, order allocation, receipts, stock movements, and inventory reconciliations.
• Coordinate inbound stock with the supply team and identify excess or slow-moving inventory.
• Book, coordinate, and track shipments to meet delivery schedules and customer commitments.
• Work with warehouse, dispatch, transport, and supply teams to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
• Identify and implement improvements across inventory, allocation, dispatch, reporting, and operational processes.
• Support ad hoc supply chain activities and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with inventory management, shipment coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve logistical issues proactively.
• Ability to work closely with supply, warehouse, dispatch, and transport teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Boulder, Colorado, with office attendance as the default.
