Logistics Specialist

Location: Boulder, Colorado, United States. Work from the office is the default.

Annual salary: USD 75,000.

What you will do

• Manage stock levels and allocate inventory to support planned dispatches and internal demand.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including receipting, stock movements, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with the supply team on inbound stock, excess inventory, and slow-moving inventory.
• Book, coordinate, and track shipments to meet delivery schedules and customer commitments.
• Work with warehouse, dispatch, and transport teams to support accurate, on-time fulfillment.
• Identify process improvements across inventory, allocation, and dispatch operations while supporting health and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with inventory management, shipment coordination, and logistics operations.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and use logistics systems for reporting and operational efficiency.
• Ability to coordinate with supply, warehouse, dispatch, and transport teams.
• Ability to work from the Boulder office; office attendance is the default setting.
