Salary: $70,000–$80,000 base salary per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Support strategy development and execution for the Structured Investments business line.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, distributors, and other distribution partners.
• Coordinate with industry groups and stakeholders to deliver robust platform solutions.
• Lead projects, analyze large datasets, and prepare data-driven presentations.
• Work with Client Solutions and technical partners to define success metrics and product offerings.
• Improve operational processes through technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in financial markets, or a relevant internship.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Series 7 and Series 63 certifications, or willingness to obtain them within 90 days of hire.
