Senior Network Engineer/Architect

Location: Bangalore, India. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate enterprise WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, firewall, and Private 5G solutions.
• Develop network architectures and detailed designs for campus, data center, manufacturing, OT, R&D, and cloud-connected environments.
• Engineer secure connectivity for industrial devices, PLCs, sensors, robots, vision systems, and IoT platforms.
• Optimize routing, traffic steering, QoS, redundancy, failover, performance, and high availability.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex incidents, root-cause analysis, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Drive network standards, automation, lifecycle management, budgeting, vendor governance, and cross-functional project delivery.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on expertise with WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, routing, switching, VLANs, MPLS, DIA, RF design, and cloud interconnects.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, ZTNA, segmentation, NAC, network monitoring, telemetry, and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience with manufacturing, OT, industrial, or large campus networks and hybrid environments using AWS or Azure connectivity.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and operational discipline skills.

Nice to have

• Private 5G architecture, integration, and operational support experience.
• CCIE Routing & Switching, Aruba, Palo Alto, or other wired/wireless network certifications.
• Experience with ITIL, NIST, or enterprise network standards.
