Network Administrator

Location: Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, or Mississippi; Little Rock, Arkansas. Full-time position with travel required.

What you will do

• Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless, and multi-site network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, monitor, patch, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and related equipment.
• Implement network security controls, VLAN segmentation, access policies, and secure configurations.
• Diagnose connectivity and performance issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Maintain network documentation, standards, asset inventories, and equipment lifecycle records.
• Support new-site implementations, cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, network automation, vendor coordination, and infrastructure upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, VoIP, VPN, and mobile technologies.
• CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required.
• Ability to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, willingness to travel, and availability for weekends and holidays as needed.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Microsoft Azure Network Engineer certification.
