What you will do
- Configure, deploy, monitor, support, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Manage LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, firewall, and secure remote access technologies.
- Implement and troubleshoot routing protocols, switching technologies, network segmentation, DHCP, DNS, and IP addressing.
- Administer Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, and Palo Alto network and security platforms.
- Monitor performance, availability, and capacity using SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, NetBox, and Zabbix.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams during upgrades, migrations, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless networking, subnetting, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, IPSEC, SSL VPN, and ZTNA.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and hybrid cloud networking environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Nice to have
- Network+, CCNA, CCNP, NSE, PCNSE, or equivalent industry certification.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud networking, network automation, scripting, and enterprise or managed services environments.
