Software Engineering Manager (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Manage engineering activities and deliver high-quality AI-driven features and systems.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architectural design through implementation and operational support.
• Build and manage multidisciplinary software teams using engineering best practices, including MLOps and model deployment standards.
• Partner with Product Management on planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and delivery timelines for machine learning initiatives.
• Lead design and code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote ethical, data-informed decision-making.
• Recruit engineering talent and manage delivery risks, priorities, and technical events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience and at least 1 year in a software development leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience managing or contributing to AI and Machine Learning products or features.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, TDD, CI/CD, object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Experience with event-driven and service-oriented architectures and full software development lifecycle practices.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, people management, analytical decision-making, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
