What you will do

  • Lead and mentor software engineers and architects across product areas.
  • Drive development of existing applications and new AI-driven platforms.
  • Allocate engineering resources based on Scrum team needs and business priorities.
  • Actively contribute to software design, development, and integration.
  • Provide technical leadership and act as a technology advisor to the business.
  • Stay current with software technology trends to ensure market competitiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven ability to hire, lead, and grow high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and experience integrating AI tools.
  • Experience with SaaS or other enterprise software development.
  • Familiarity with data modelling, ingestion, and transformation.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with government-facing applications (FedRamp compliance).
  • Background in legal tech or eDiscovery.
  • Exposure to strategic thinking and planning.
