What you will do

• Analyze existing production workflows and workstation processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Perform root cause analysis on production disruptions and implement concrete process adjustments.
• Lead teams through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and workstation design changes.
• Prepare well-founded decision papers for management regarding production improvements.
• Act as the primary interface to Engineering to communicate requirements for design changes.
• Define and track process KPIs to monitor quality and productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in production process optimization and workflow analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Lean Management, Six Sigma, or process simulation.
• Ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Experience in project leadership and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams effectively.
• Curiosity for new technologies and technical systems.
