What you will do
- Define and evolve the roadmap for Controllership and FP&A solutions in alignment with Finance objectives.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, scalability, operational efficiency, and improvements to closing and planning processes.
- Establish and monitor product and business KPIs covering solution performance, data accuracy, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Lead discovery, ideation, journey mapping, and requirements definition with Finance specialists, key users, and engineering teams.
- Promote sustainable SAP architecture and Clean Core principles across FI, CO, CO-PA, and S/4HANA while addressing root causes instead of temporary symptoms.
- Coordinate with senior Finance stakeholders, engineering teams, consulting partners, and support teams, including during critical closing periods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Product Management, digital solutions, technology, or a related field.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary product teams in agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban, including discovery, prioritization, and roadmap management.
- Strong knowledge of Controllership and FP&A, including accounting, costs, consolidation, budgeting, financial planning, and corporate reconciliations.
- Deep practical and technical experience with SAP, particularly S/4HANA, ECC, or Retail, with strong FI and CO/CO-PA knowledge.
- Experience mapping and integrating financial processes in complex environments such as retail, industry, logistics, or multichannel ecosystems.
- Strong critical thinking, autonomy, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of FI/CO integration with MM, SD, and PP.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or modernization and cloud-based financial solutions.
- Exposure to OneStream, Planning Analytics, Oracle EPM, or financial analytics and management-reporting data architectures.
- CSPO, PSPO, or similar Product Management and agile certifications.
