Staff Product Manager, Ads

What you will do

• Own and evolve the Onsite Ads product and its long-term vision in alignment with revenue and growth strategy.
• Define the 6–12-month product roadmap and shape hirify.global’s scalable 2026 Retail Media vision.
• Translate customer and business needs into product priorities across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth.
• Balance advertiser, retailer, campaign-performance, and platform-evolution needs.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver high-impact solutions for ads and media systems.
• Evaluate the impact of AI and LLMs on ad performance, campaign optimization, and media-buying workflows.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex, large-scale ecosystems as a Product Manager.
• Ability to build and communicate product vision and translate strategy into execution.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups, including advertisers, retailers, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to align competing priorities and drive decisions.
• Technical background and understanding of ads and media systems.
• Fluent English required.
