Sr Product Manager, Card Receivables (Fintech)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Card Receivables product strategy for Brazil, including platform evolution and integrations for registry entities.
• Support the Brazilian receivables strategy and evolve products and features for current and prospective clients.
• Define the product vision and roadmap, manage and prioritize the backlog, and allocate development capacity based on product value.
• Structure and improve product solutions across their full lifecycle from conception through service evolution.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams using Agile methods to deliver cross-squad solutions.
• Ensure product integrity, resilience, scalability, and other non-functional requirements with the engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• English proficiency at B1 level or above.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with Card Receivables in the Brazilian market.
• Experience in product management, product ownership, or business process analysis.
• Experience applying Agile principles across product design, development, testing, and management.

Nice to have

• Experience managing complex projects, cross-functional teams, or large Scrum teams.
• Agile certifications such as CSM or CSPO.
• Experience in payments, common services, identity and access management, or product strategies focused on adoption and revenue growth.
• Experience with SOAP or REST APIs, JSON, XML, API security, encryption, and HSMs.
