Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote-first, with candidates required to live anywhere in Brazil; optional access to São Paulo offices or partner coworking spaces up to twice a week.

What you will do

• Shape the foundational experience and platform layers serving real estate brokers.
• Lead the evolution of productivity tools that simplify daily work and accelerate new business closing.
• Drive operational growth by expanding the broker base and improving the performance of existing brokers.
• Develop and iterate incentive models using data to align broker success with company objectives.
• Partner strategically with Operations and Engineering leadership.
• Mentor other Product Managers and help strengthen the broker value proposition.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager in technology companies.
• Advanced English level required.
• Experience managing platform products with a customer-centric approach.
• Experience with AI projects and/or products.
• Must be based in Brazil.
