IT Product Manager (SAP Treasury)

Location: Rochester, New York; additional locations in Chicago, Illinois, San Antonio, Texas, and Virtual - US. Expected travel to office locations approximately 25% of the time.

Salary: $117,100–$252,700 per year.

What you will do

• Own the SAP Treasury product strategy, technology vision, architecture, roadmap, delivery, support, and continuous improvement.
• Translate Treasury strategy and business priorities into scalable SAP-based technology solutions and investment proposals.
• Lead the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and evolution of SAP S/4HANA Treasury capabilities.
• Drive transformation initiatives involving AI, automation, insights, analytics, process modernization, and financial controls.
• Coordinate Product Owners, solution architects, delivery teams, vendors, and technology partners across the product lifecycle.
• Establish governance, product metrics, stakeholder communication, incident coordination, and cross-functional dependency management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment delivering projects across multiple disciplines.
• At least 7 years of technology experience in FSCM and SAP IT solutions, including deep SAP Treasury and Finance roadmap leadership.
• At least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA Treasury experience covering Cash & Liquidity, TRM, foreign exchange, loans, hedging, interest, BCM, and Finance configuration.
• Experience designing and configuring SAP solutions, leading global teams, and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technology investments, product roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and business cases.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• SAP experience beyond Treasury, including adjacent Finance capabilities.
• Food and Beverage industry knowledge or experience.
• Project Management or Agile experience.
• SAP S/4 Finance/Treasury certification and SAP S/4HANA or SAP S/4 Cloud experience.
• Working knowledge of Jira and Aha!
