Solution Specialist-WI (Payments)

Location: Remote worker in Wisconsin; the role includes in-person meetings and outside sales within an assigned territory.

What you will do

• Set appointments with merchants and present point-of-sale and merchant servicing products.
• Prospect through cold calling, face-to-face networking, and referral partnerships.
• Develop new accounts, sign new customers, and expand market share in the assigned territory.
• Support existing clients with hardware, software, and professional services add-ons.
• Build merchant relationships, identify needs, resolve issues, and qualify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain CRM activity, communicate with the manager, and review pipeline and forecasts in weekly meetings.

Requirements

• Willingness to cold-call and meet potential clients in person.
• Experience in door-to-door or outside sales.
• Ability to close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle and meet sales quotas.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a hunter mentality.
• Computer, smartphone, and CRM literacy.

Nice to have

• Restaurant or hospitality experience.
