Salary: $186,000 - $265,000

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for agent surfaces, including the AI Assistant, MCP, and the underlying AI platform.
• Define the quality bar, evals, guardrails, and metrics for non-deterministic AI agent experiences.
• Balance the development of developer-grade tools (APIs, MCP) with approachable interfaces for non-technical creators.
• Align cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, and GTM to ensure a coherent product delivery.
• Prototype ideas and contribute directly via code to drive product value.
• Mentor other PMs and establish reusable patterns for the agent practice.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada (British Columbia or Ontario only).
• 8+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in AI-powered systems.
• Track record of owning strategy for large, ambiguous product areas and working with platforms and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, AI agent systems, or code generation.
• Ability to lead through influence and manage senior stakeholders independently.
• BS/BA degree or relevant professional experience.
