Staff Product Manager, AI

Location: Remote-first in the United States or British Columbia and Ontario, Canada.

Salary: U.S. base compensation of $186,700–$255,000 depending on geographic zone; Canada base compensation of CAD 232,000–278,000. Eligible for a company-wide bonus program.

What you will do

• Own the vision, multi-year strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global's AI Assistant, MCP integrations, Agent Instructions, and the underlying AI platform.
• Coordinate product surfaces and shared primitives so first-party and third-party agents work as one coherent platform.
• Define quality standards, evaluations, guardrails, and success metrics for non-deterministic agent experiences.
• Balance developer-grade APIs and extensibility with approachable AI-assisted creation for less-technical creators.
• Align Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, leadership, and other stakeholders around strategy and delivery.
• Prototype ideas, contribute directly to the product when useful, make long-term AI bets, and mentor product managers and partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including deep expertise in AI-powered systems and ownership of large, ambiguous product areas.
• Experience with platforms, APIs, extensibility, AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
• Experience defining evaluations, guardrails, and success metrics for products with variable outputs.
• Experience building both developer tools and approachable products for less-technical creators.
• Ability to lead through influence and align Engineering, Design, GTM, leadership, and senior stakeholders.
• BS/BA degree or relevant experience.
