Staff DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Design and develop Infrastructure as Code components for the platform and internal engineering tools in AWS.
• Build and deploy the security SaaS platform using automated, repeatable, and secure CI/CD practices.
• Administer Linux systems at scale through automation and configure on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and manage deployments across multiple Kubernetes clusters.
• Secure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot infrastructure using TLS, bastion hosts, certificate management, access controls, and network segmentation.
• Implement consistent logging, monitoring, and diagnostic systems for platform services.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience setting up AWS infrastructure for SaaS product development organizations.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including load balancers, IAM, KMS, networking, EC2, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Lambda.
• 4+ years of experience building infrastructure with Terraform and 3+ years working with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience with Ansible, GitLab, Docker, and CI/CD code management and deployment technologies.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong time management, adaptability under pressure, and availability for on-call duties.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nginx, HAProxy, Kafka, Grafana, Prometheus, and the LGTM stack.
• MLOps experience and experience applying AI technologies to infrastructure management.
• Experience deploying and managing Aurora RDS PostgreSQL, ElastiCache, Cassandra, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, and ClickHouse.
