Warehouse Lead (Logistics)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States

Pay: $23–$24 per hour

What you will do

• Lead a small group of warehouse associates across receiving, picking, packing, and other functions.
• Assist with labor planning and coordinate daily workflow.
• Train new employees on standard operating procedures, safety, and process efficiency.
• Monitor order accuracy, report operational issues, and escalate problems when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Mandarin skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and support flexible scheduling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Nice to have

• Prior team lead or informal leadership experience.
• Familiarity with scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Interest in developing into a supervisor role.
