Warehouse Team Lead EWR (Sun - Wed 10am-8:30pm)- Moonachie

Location: Moonachie, New Jersey, United States; onsite schedule Sunday–Wednesday, 10:00am–8:30pm

Pay: $22–$25 per hour, paid weekly, based on experience and leadership background

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate warehouse picking teams to achieve accuracy and efficiency targets.
• Improve picking routes, methods, and fulfillment processes while monitoring inventory discrepancies.
• Build and maintain quality control standards, run audits, track findings, and drive corrective actions.
• Supervise delivery vehicle loadout, verify orders against documentation, and coordinate with drivers and dispatch.
• Assign fulfillment tasks based on priority and capacity, track orders through loadout, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while troubleshooting scan compliance and technology issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment.
• Demonstrated experience improving operational processes.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills.
• Comfort using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, perform physical tasks, and work overtime as needed; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain.
