Talent Acquisition Partner II - Temporary (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global headquarters in Long Beach, California; remote work is not considered. Travel may be required to sites in Wallops Island, Virginia, and Middle River, Maryland. U.S. office roles require U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, qualifying refugee or asylum status, or eligibility for applicable ITAR authorizations.

Base pay: $75,000–$90,000 USD annually in California.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers and business unit leaders.
• Define role requirements, hiring expectations, and target candidate profiles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening through offer extension.
• Guide candidates through interviews and build diverse pipelines through sourcing, cold calling, and networking.
• Use Greenhouse to create reports, analyze recruiting metrics, and improve hiring processes.
• Travel as needed to support recruiting efforts at other company sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to work onsite at the Long Beach, California headquarters.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and comply with applicable ITAR requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of full-time recruiting experience.
• Agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume nonexempt, engineering, production, or manufacturing roles.
• Experience sourcing for highly technical and niche positions.
